Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

By leaving any of your data on the website located on the Internet at the web address armmoscow.ru (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), owned by LLC “Agency Arm” (Taxpayer Identification Number (INN): 7733238102, Primary State Registration Number (OGRN): 1157746542535) (hereinafter referred to as the “Website Administration”), which is classified as personal data in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated July 27, 2006, “On Personal Data,” by filling in the fields of any forms on the Website, you automatically accept this Consent, acquire the status of a Website user (hereinafter referred to as the “Website User”) and agree to all of its terms without exception.
The Website User:
1. Confirms that all data provided by them in the registration forms on the Website personally belongs to them, is accurate and has not been distorted;
2. Confirms and acknowledges that they have carefully and fully read this Consent and the terms of processing their personal data (the Privacy Policy published on the Website). The text of this Consent and the terms of personal data processing are clear to them, and they agree to them;
3. Gives consent to the Website Administration to process the personal data provided as part of the information for the purpose of establishing contractual relations between the Website User and the Website Administration and subsequently performing such contractual relations;

In accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated July 27, 2006, “On Personal Data,” freely, voluntarily and in their own interests, gives consent to the collection, analysis, processing, storage and use by the Website Administration of their personal data (full name, date of birth, passport details, place of stay, residential address, mobile phone number, home telephone number, email address (E-mail), bank card details, and other data, including data obtained through the use of Cookies).

The Website User’s consent to the processing of personal data is specific, informed and conscious.
This consent of the Website User shall be deemed to have been given in simple written form.

This consent shall remain valid indefinitely until it is withdrawn by sending a corresponding notification to ok@ag-arm.ru. If I withdraw my consent to the processing of personal data, the Operator shall have the right to continue processing personal data without my consent where there are grounds specified in paragraphs 2–11 of Part 1 of Article 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated July 27, 2006, “On Personal Data.”

The Website Administration has the right to amend this Consent at any time.

When amendments are made, the date of the latest update shall be indicated in the current version. The new version of the Consent shall enter into force from the moment it is published on the Website, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Consent.
